Ingredients

  • 2 PoundsPork Belly
  • 3 TablespoonsPaprika
  • 3 TablespoonsBell Pepper Powder
  • 3 TablespoonsTurmeric
  • 3 Oz.White Vinegar
  • 2 Oz.Canola Oil
  • To TasteSalt
  • To TasteBlack Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the Paprika, Bell Pepper Powder and Turmeric.

    Add White Vinegar and Canola Oil and mix well.

    Wash the Pork Belly cut with plenty of water and place it on a tray. Add Dalt and Black Pepper to taste.

    Pour the mix over the pork cut. Make sure it covers all.

    Grill the Pork Belly at medium heat for 30 min on each side.

    Cut it, serve it and enjoy!
