  3. 1/2 cupmilk or as required
  4. 2 tbspFor filling-sugar powder
  5. 1 tbspChopped dry fruit
  6. 1/4 tbspkishmish
  7. 1 tbspkhoya
  8. as neededGhee for deep frying

    For dough-mix rawa and ghee

  2. 2

    Add milk make tight dough

  3. 3

    Keep aside

  4. 4

    Filling -mix all ingredients

  5. 5

    Now take little part of dough

  6. 6

    Make little puri add filling

  7. 7

    Make modak shape with fingers

  8. 8

    Deep fry in ghee on low flame till golden brown.

  9. 9

    Serve it.
