Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar,oil and water

Now prepare a filling,heat oil in a pan

Add the boiled and grinded urad daal

Add salt,roasted masala powder,red chilli Powder and mix well

Add sugar and mix well

Switch off and let it cool down

Now take small portion of the dough and roll into pureed

Fill it with the filling fold and roll into purees.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the purees

Serve it hot with dum aaloo or chana daal.
