Ingredients

45 minutes
10 pieces
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2 cupcocoa powder
  • 1 cupcup coconut sugar
  • 1 cupbutter
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupnuts almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoonghee for greasing
  • For the frosting:
  • 2 tablespoonscocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoonsbutter softened
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 teaspoonhoney
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients separately: butter, vanilla essence and milk.
    Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix well. Add nuts if required. I did not prefer to add nuts, thus did not add these to my brownie mix.

  2. 2

    Pour the mixture in a baking tin and spread the mixture well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 30-35 minutes. Check if these are done.
    For the glaze: Add all the above ingredients and mix.

  3. 3

    Apply this glaze evenly to the brownies when warm.
    Go ahead and indulge yourself with these baked treats to satisfy your chocolate yearnings!
