Mix the flour with chilled butter

When it looks like bread crumbs then add egg yolk.

Again mix it.now add water as required..make a dough

Keep it in the fridge for20minutes

After 20minutes take out..take a small portion from the dough

Roll it..put in on small tart mould..

Put some lentil in the mould

Now bake it in preheated oven for 20minutes

After 20 minutes take out and remove the all letil

Again bake it for 7minutes

Tart mould is ready

Now heat the cream..puor it in separately on the grated chocolate

Mix it nicely

Pour it in a piping bag..keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes take out..

Pipe on the tart
