Chicken! This makes me get in the kitchen atleast once every week. I come from western Kenya where chicken is our delicacy. This can tell you how I treasure Ingokho!

Take the chicken wings out of the package.

Make the paste mixing corn flour, baking flour,ginger, garlic, rosemary, egg yellow and salt. Stir the mixture to get a perfect one.

Drop the wings into the paste, making sure each wing gets enough paste. You can refrigerate for twenty minutes or let it rest for twenty minutes if you don't own one.

Heat your pan making cooking oil come to heat. Drop the wings one by one letting them to cook evenly for 6 to 8 minutes...

Lastly, serve your wings hot and sweet for me, I prefer tagging Ugali along when dealing with chicken.
