Marinate the beef using blackpepper,salt,cayne pepper,crushed ginger and garlic

Place it in the fridge for 30 minutes

In a hot pan fry the beef for 30 minutes

Keep turning on both sides for it to cook well

Wash the vegetables and cut them into small medium size

Add salt and mix them well

In pan pour the vegetables n steam for 3 minutes
