Saok basmati rice in water for about 30 min. then Take a vessel put water add all the ingredients of steaming rice except rice. After a boil add rice and cook untill rice are 70-80% cooked.

Take a vessel add dahi and all ingredients of marinating including veggies (carrot, beans, cauliflower, potato, green peas, capsicum, onions) and marinate and keep it in aside for 5-10 min.

Take a vessel add ghee and cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick now add marinated veggies and cook untill it became soft.

Now take a cooker first add some cooked veggies layer then cooked rice layer then mint leaves, saffron water and fried onions, then repeat it for one more time and close the cooker.

Take some wheat dough and cover the lid of cooker with it.

Take a pan put cooker on pan and cook for 10-15min.
