Ingredients

  1. 8vine tomatoes
  2. 2-3 cupschicken broth
  3. 1/2 stickcream cheese
  4. 2table spoon Italian seasoning
  5. 2 teaspoonbasil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tastePepper
  8. 6 slicesbacon (can be subbed for pepperoni)
  9. 1red onion
  10. 2 tablespoongarlic
  11. as neededButter
  12. 2 tablespoonparsley
  13. 2 tablespoonoregano
  14. 2 tablespoonthyme
  15. 2 tablespoonRosemary

Cooking Instructions

    Cut 5 tomatoes in half, oil them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast in grill at medium heat for 8 minutes each side (or until blackened in spots).

    Cook bacon and sauté onions and garlic and spices

  3. 3

    Bring chicken stock to heat and add the pan mix covered

  4. 4

    Add remaining tomatoes diced and cream cheese

  5. 5

    Add pinches of flour to desired consistency if necessary

  6. 6
