Ingredients

  • 1 bowlblack gram soaked overnight
  • 2onions chopped
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2green chillies
  • Handfulcoriander leaves finely chopped
  • Few spring onions
  • 1 tspcorn flour
  • 6 tspbesan or as required
  • to tasteSalt
  • For fryingOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chana and keep to cool and dry.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients except oil, rawa and besan and grind in mixer, remove in mixing bowl

  3. 3

    Add besan and corn flour for binding and mix well give a desired shape, and deep fry them till golden brown colour
