Ingredients

makes 30 or more
  1. 1/2 cupsifted flour
  2. 1 tablespoonsugar
  3. 1 1/2 cupscorn meal
  4. 1egg
  5. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1small finely chopped onion
  8. 3/4 cupmilk

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients well and drop by teaspoonful into hot oil. (375 degrees) Fry until brown.

If you like hush puppies, you definitely should try my Onion Pups. A bit more work, but definitely worth it! It's one of my earlier uploads.
