Ingredients

  • 1 bowldal
  • 5 bowlwater
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt
  • To tasteall regular spices
  • For tadka
  • 1tomato finely chopped
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 tspcumin seed
  • As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all wash the dal. And take a pressure cooker and add water,dal,salt and turmeric powder and cook it.

  2. 2

    Now take a pan and heat the ghee and add cumin seed.

  3. 3

    Add onion and tomato and soute it.

  4. 4

    Add salt, all regular spices and mix well. Now add the boiled dal and mix well
