Steps

Slice pointed gourd and potatoes

Heat oil in pan fry onion and red chilli and keep aside.Then fry the potatoes and keep aside.

Fry parwals until soft and tender

Finally mix potatoes with the parwal

Serve with fried onions and sprinkle salt and pepper.

Goes well with rotis and rice too.
