Ugali fried chicken spinach and "Dosaki sauce"

Cut tomatoes,onions, coriander garlic and ginger into small pieces.

Fry onions till tender add spinach cook for six minutes. Add salt and chibundiro chillis to taste.

Cook ugali in boiled water.

Boil your chicken then fry with onions, tomatoes,ginger and garlic. Add salt to taste add chicken masala. When ready add corriader.

For the sauce fry diced onions add tomato paste fry add water thicken with corn flour add seaseme seeds let it boil till ready.
