First of all cook tur dal in pressure cooker with necessary water note use more water

Now take pen and add one tablespoon ghee after cooked dal and mixed well.and stir continuously

Afterwards add mango pulp and sugar. And at last add eliachi powder. Now off the gas puran is ready.

Now take a wheat flour and egg oil and make a soft dough with the help of water

Now take a small part of dough and add puran and make a roti and sautting on tawa.

Afterward apply ghee on it and serve it.
