Whole wheat tutti frutti biscuit

In a large bowl, mix atta and sugar.
Now firstly add only half of milk and ghee and get the mixture together by hands. - 2
If required, add in more ghee and milk to form a cylindrical log. Add in the tutty fruity.

Dont knead the mixture. It should have a crumble like texture from within.
Wrap the log in a foil and keep in freezer for 15 min. - 4
Preheat the pressure cooker.
Cut the log in squares (of biscuit like thickness) - 5
Put them in a idli stand and cook on low flame for 15 mins. Keep checking to ensure they are not burnt.
Once they turn brown, switch off the flame. - 6
Allow them to cool.
Store and serve.
