Ingredients

10 minutes
10 servings
  • 400 gox/chicken liver (fried)
  • 1onion
  • 2 tablespoonscrushed garlic
  • To tastesalt and pepper
  • 1 tablespooncayenne pepper
  • 1 loafciabatta / French loaf
  • 500 mlcream

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry the liver and onion until fully cooked

  2. 2

    Slice and toast the bread and set aside

  3. 3

    Blend the cream, garlic, onion and liver

  4. 4

    Add cayenne pepper and mix on low

  5. 5

    Remove from heat

  6. 6

    Spread over toast and serve!
