Steps

Peel the potatoes & cut in wedges.

Take a cooker,pour 2 tbsp oil in it with bay leaf,curry leaves & cumin seeds,cook till they become brown in colour.

Now add chopped onions & ginger garlic paste.cook till they become golden.

Add red degi mirch,salt & turmeric powder & saute for few seconds.

Now add grinded tomatoes & cook till it becomes a smooth paste.

Add potatoes & mix well.

Now add 1 cup of water in it,cover with lid,After a whistle,slow the fame & cook for 10 minutes.

Take them in a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves,kasuri methi,garam masala & coriander powder.

Serve hot with Puri's.
