My mom is my inspiration for my cooking. Since my childhood days I have felt, my mother's passion for cooking. I have inherited that same passion for cooking. I have learnt a lot from my mom. The different meat items prepared by my mom are just incomparable .One of my favourite recipe that I have learnt from her is Warli style mutton curry. When I used to return home , I used to smell the beautiful aroma of the dish from outside. It only made me more eager to get hungry ! My mom prepared it in simple and authentic way with different familiar spices. This dish of meat has a divine taste.Today I have cooked my mother's magical dish and would love to share the same with you all.

This dish of meat has a divine taste.Today I have cooked my mother's magical dish and would love to share the same with you all.

Marinate the mutton with turmeric powder, salt, dry red chilli powder and salt for about 1 hour.

To make garam masala :-
Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, 1 piece garlic, clove, cardamom, teja mirch in a grinder and paste it coarsely. - 3
To make hara masala :-
Add red chillies, 1 piece garlic, 1 tbsp oil, salt, ginger in a grinder and paste it. - 4
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add onion and saute till brown.

Now add garam masala and hara masala and stir continuously.

Sprinkle some warm water.

Add the marinated mutton and cook till the oil separates.

Now add salt and warm water.

Cover the lid for about 40 mins.

Garnish with some chopped red chillies and serve hot.

I prefer it with butter roti and salad.
