Ingredients

10-35 minutes

  1. 410 gLucky's star pilchard fish
  2. 1Onion chopped
  3. 1tomato grated
  4. 1/2chicken stock
  5. 2 TBSoil
  6. 2 TBSminestrone soup

Steps

10-35 minutes
  1. 1

    Pour your oil and onion the fry them together

  2. 2

    After that add your stock and spice the followed by grated tomato let it cook

  3. 3

    Open your tin fish and clean the fish those small bone and mash it the pour to the mixture of tomato.

  4. 4

    After it has cooked then add your soup by sprinkling on the fish mixture and add dash of water the your pilchard is cooked
