Steps

Add soaked dal in pressure cooker...Along with 2 cup of water, salt, turmeric powder, green chilli, tomato...And cook for 2 whistles.. Switch off the flame and let the pressure go down by itself.

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients for dhokli..And knead a dough using required water.

Roll it with rolling pin and cut them into desire pieces.

Meanwhile open the lid of pressure cooker...Mash cooked dal with hand whisker...Add required water, (for dal consistency)..add raw peanuts and let it boil..

When it comes to boil add dhoklies...One by one in dal...And cook for 5 -7 mins..On low to medium flame.

Now heat a tempering pan.Add ghee/oil.Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds.When they papaya.Add dry red chilli,hing.Curry leaves and in last.Red chilli powder and immediately dunk tadka into cooked daal..Add fresh coriander and..Cover it...Add lemon juice (optional)..

Daal dhokli is ready to serve.Serve with rice or as it is.
