Take a bowl add besan turmeric,salt,curd,water mix very well

Take a pan on sim flame..add besan mixer...and mix very well for 10 minit

Take a large thali/plate and griss with oil..

Besan thickness is ready to few tb spoon spread thali and cool make it roll..when unable to make roll to cook another 5-7 minite

When besan become a thik paste take a plate and mixer spread on plate quickly

Cool 10 minitt then make a roll.

Take a pan add oil add musterseed..and add on khandvi roll...

Add sev in khandvi..enjoy your dish
