Ingredients

  • 1Titus fish
  • Salt
  • Handfu1 leaves Utazi
  • 1/2 kgAbacha
  • 1Onion
  • 3 piecesGarden eggs
  • Potash
  • 1 tablespoonBlack camerooun pepper
  • 2cksp Palm oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the fish wash very well and simmer adding maggi,Salt and onion

  2. 2

    Bleach palmoil and fry the fish.dissolve the potash in few drops of water and sieve out the liquid in a pot.

  3. 3

    Mix with palmoil,add salt,maggi.rinse and pour in the abacha stir and cut the utazi and onion and place on top with black pepper.

  4. 4

    Cut the garden egg and serve along
