Ingredients

5 servings
  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 4eggs separated
  • 1 tspVanilla essence
  • 1 cupMargarine

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat your oven to 180 degrees then grease your tin.Using a mixer, mix the egg whites alone till foamy

  2. 2

    Add margarine, vanilla essence then yolks one by one while mixing.

  3. 3

    Fold in flour while alternating with milk then pour into a baking tin
