Daal paratha
Steps

Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar oil and water,keep aside

Now heat oil and add all the masalas saute well adding sugar and salt

Add the boiled daal and turmeric powder

Mix well and switch off

Now take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape

Fill it in with the daal mix

Cover it with another round shape roti

Press it from all sides and fry on a pan with oil

Prepare rest of the parathas following the same process

Serve it with daal and achar
