Steps

Add besan, curd, salt and turmeric powder in a mixing bowl.

Add some water and make a dhokla batter.

Rest batter for 15 minutes.

Now add eno, mix well.

Grease oil in dhokla mold pour this dhokla batter.

Steam the dhokla for 20 -25 minutes.

For tadka:

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and green chillies and lemon juice and sugar when splutters spread on steamed dhokla.

Cut dhokla into pieces and serve this yummy dhokla.
