In a pan heat ghee add cumin after crackle add onion saute for few sec. Add tomatoes and cook untill it turns soft.

Add coriander powder, dry mango powder, turmeric, kitchen king masala, chilli powder, salt and mix well.

Cook for 2 min. in low flame and turn off the flame. Let the sauted onion mixture cool. Stuffing is ready keep aside.

Take a bowl add wheat flour, ghee mix well and add water as required. Knead a smooth dough.

Now, make a big sized ball from the dough and make chapati as shown in the pic. place the stuffing in the centre and roll out the paratha.

On a hot tawa place the paratha and cook both sides.... add ghee and press slightly till golden brown both sides......finally, serve hot with tomato sauce.
