Steps

Sieve flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder in a bowl and put aside.

In another bowl Mix eggs, sugar, coconut cream, vegetable oil, water.

Add dry ingredients including dessicated coconut to the wet ingredients. Mix till smooth

Pour the batter in the tin and bake 40 min in 170 °.
