Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFlour
  2. 1 1/2 cupWater 1 ¹/² cup
  3. 1Capsicum
  4. 1Onion
  5. 1 tspCarrom seeds
  6. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspBlack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take flour and water and make a smooth batter of chilla

  2. 2

    Add all masala except veggies and mix it well no lumps there

  3. 3

    Chop or cut all veggies finely.Add veggies and mix well

  4. 4

    Take a non stick pan,add ghee and spread batter on it to make chilla

  5. 5

    Roast it on both sides

  6. 6

    Aata Chilla is ready,healthy and tasty
