In a bowl mix sattu, besan grated white Gourd,pinch of salt

Take pan with hot oil.fry koftas

In another pan heat oil.add bay leave,dry chilli,panch phuran,1 cardamom, Ginger paste.saute for a while.

Add all masala.when masala release oil add water.then start boiling add koftas
- 5
Cook for 5minutes.add ghee and garam masala and milk.
- 6
It is ready to serve
