  • 1/2 cupTamarind pulp
  • 1/2 cupOnion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cupTomato (chopped)
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • leavesCoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, saute.

  2. 2

    Add tamarind pulp,stir and add red chilli powder and salt.

  3. 3

    Add sweet corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat,toss with onion and tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle coriander leaves and chaat masala.
