Ingredients

  • 1 headbroccoli
  • 1small cauliflower
  • 1tomato
  • 1diced onion
  • Oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Branch the broccoli and cauliflower

  2. 2

    Fry onions in low heat

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and stir

  4. 4

    Add the broccoli and cauliflower and stir.

  5. 5

    Cover and simmer for 4mins

  6. 6

    Sprinkle salt stir and simmer

  7. 7

    Turn off the heat and serve with rice or your favorite dish.
