First mix the wheat flour and lukewarm water together and make a soft dough..keep aside covered with wet muslin cloth till u prepare the stuffing...

Mix together all the stuffing ingredients and if feels very dry then sprinkle ba little warm water and mix well..

Distribute tha dough into 10 balls now fill the stuffing

Roll the paratha half inch thick...

Heat a tawa and cook each side of the paratha until golden brownadd a few drops of oil while on tawa.

Repeat the process for the rest of the paratha..

SERVE it hot with green chutney
