Peel the potatoes and cut them into chips shapes. Heat the cooking oil and deep fry them till crunchy.

Cut the chicken to small pieces and boil till cooked. Then deep fry to make it crunchy.

Boil the arrow roots and once cooked cut them into round shapes and deep fry them to make it crunchy.

Boil the green maize and once cooked cut them into small round shapes.

Cut the onions, tomatoes, hoho and dania separately into small pieces. Grate ginger and garlic together.

Fry the onions together with hoho till brown, add tomatoes and let them cook till it forms a paste and add the grated ginger and garlic and then add soy sauce and some salt.

Add the chicken, arrowroots, boiled green maize and chips and mix well. Then add dania, mix and remove from fire.
