Ingredients

  1. 150 gmGram flour (besan)
  2. 1 tspAnardana
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tbspCoriander powder
  6. 1/4 tspCumin seeds
  7. 8-10Coriander leaves
  8. 500 mlOil for fry
  9. 5-6Bread slices
  10. as neededWater
  11. 2Boiled big potatoes
  12. 1 tspLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl put into gram flour add the all spices make a smooth paste with the help of water add 1spn lemon juice. Bcz lemon not take more oil and make the pakora crispy.

  2. 2

    Mash the potatoes add salt, red chilli powder, coriander leaves,and anardana powder.

  3. 3

    Take bread slices cut into half of shape triangle or if u want any shape.

  4. 4

    Apply the potatoes mixture on bread slices. And take another part of bread put over the bread.

  5. 5

    Take bread slices deep in gram flour. And deep fry in oil in medium flame.

  6. 6

    Serve with tea and sauce.
