Add dry yeast and sugar in lukewarm milk.keep aside for 10 minutes.

Add maida,salt,oil,grated garlic, oregano, chilli flakes and activated yeast in a mixing bowl.

Add little water and make a dough. Dough rest for 1-2 hours.

After 2 hours dough divided into 2 parts.

Make roti with the dough

Melt the butter, add green coriander, chilli flakes, oregano in butter.

Spread this butter mixture on roti

Spread grated cheese, sweet corn, capsicum,chilli flakes and oregano on half part of roti cover the roti.

Spread butter mixture on top cut diagonally with knife.

Grease butter on baking tray put the bread, bake for 18-20minutes on 180 degree. In preheated oven.

Now ready stuff garlic bread.
