  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 cubebeefstock
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic sliced
  • 1/2Green pepper diced
  • Potatoes 2 diced
  • 1diced carot
  • 1 tsprajah mild and spicy
  • 1 tspPortuguese chicken spice
  • 1/4 cupwater

  1. 1

    Tenderise your onion add spices
