Cooking Instructions

Soak the chole overnight in water and rinse them.

In a pressure cooker heat the oil. After that add the cumin seeds and hing to it.

Once it start crackling add the onion paste and ginger garlic paste to it. Cook it until it becomes dry and golden brown.

Add red chilli powder to it and mix it. After that add the tomato puree to it and add salt, turmeric powder, corriender powder and garam masala to it. Mix it well.

Cook it till the masala is completely cooked and leave the oil in the ends of it.

Now add the chole and mix them well with the masala. Now add the water as per the requirement and mix it throughly.

Close the cooker lid and cook it on high flame till the 3 whistle comes. After that lower the flame and cook it for next 1 hour.

After that off the flame and let the cooker release it's pressure by itself.

Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
