Ingredients

30 min
  • For Dough -
  • 1.5 cup roughly chopped palak
  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbsppure desi ghee
  • to tasteSalt
  • For Stuffing -
  • 3/4 cupgrated cauliflower
  • 3/4 cupcrumbled paneer
  • 2 tbspgreen coriander
  • 2finely chopped green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • Other Ingredient-
  • as neededWhole wheat flour for rolling
  • as neededFor Serving- Fresh curd and pickle

Steps

    NowFor Dough- combine spinach lemon juice and one tbsp water in mixer to make a puree.keep aside.

  2. 2

    Combine the wheat flour,spinach puree, desi ghee in a bowl to knead well to make a semi soft dough using little water.

  3. 3

    Cover and keep aside for at least 10 to 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    For stuffing - take a bowl and mix all the ingredients of stuffing like crumbled paneer and cauliflower and green chillies salt.mix them well

  5. 5

    Now divide the dough and the stuffing into 8 equal portions.

  6. 6

    Now roll a round chapati and place a portion of stuffing on half of the circle and fold it over to make a semi circle.

  7. 7

    Heat a non stick tawa. And cook each Parantha using a little oil or ghee till golden brown spots appear on both sides.

  8. 8

    Serve immediately with fresh curd and pickle.
