NowFor Dough- combine spinach lemon juice and one tbsp water in mixer to make a puree.keep aside.

Combine the wheat flour,spinach puree, desi ghee in a bowl to knead well to make a semi soft dough using little water.

Cover and keep aside for at least 10 to 15 minutes.

For stuffing - take a bowl and mix all the ingredients of stuffing like crumbled paneer and cauliflower and green chillies salt.mix them well

Now divide the dough and the stuffing into 8 equal portions.

Now roll a round chapati and place a portion of stuffing on half of the circle and fold it over to make a semi circle.

Heat a non stick tawa. And cook each Parantha using a little oil or ghee till golden brown spots appear on both sides.

Serve immediately with fresh curd and pickle.
