Cut the onions into small pieces and put them in a cooking pot

Add some cooking oil

Let the onions turn golden brown, add hoho, grated ginger and garlic, coriander and some little green pepper.

Stir the mixture for two minutes, add tomatoes, let them heat until you get a thick paste.

Add the chopped carrots, some salt, stir.

Add the fish in your stew, let it boil for not more than ten minutes.

Your stew is ready... I served mine with fried spinach and ugali
