Steps

Whisk the Paneer and the cream along with sugar till smooth.

Crush the digestive biscuits add the butter and mix.

Take the serving glass/bowl and arrange the biscuit on the base.

Add our cream that we whisked.

Add the apricot jam(I have used homemade jam with fresh apricots,sugar and little lemon juice)

Again layer with cream.
- 7
Sprinkle some crushed biscuits and let it cool for an hour.
- 8
Serve chill.
