Steps

Boil Masoor dal by adding 3 cups of water turmeric powder and salt. Take it off after 2 whistles.

Fry ghee in separate pan. Add cumin seeds and hing. Add chopped onion. Once onion is brown add tomato and green chilli.

Add Garam masala.,chilli powder,coriander powder.Cook for 5 mins add boiled dal and garnish with coriander.
