In a mixing bowl take wheat flour coriander and curry patta chutney ajwain aamchur powder salt and 2 tablespoon oil mix it well now knead the dough by adding required water and rest for 20 minutes. Again apply little oil on the hands and knead for 5 minutes

Make pedas from the dough.

Now roll small round shape roti apply little oil on it and sprinkle some dry flour and fold into triangle shape.

Again roll the triangle and prepare paratha. Roast paratha using oil on both the side.

Parathas are ready to serve. Serve with any sabji or achar or masala tea.

For chutney clean and wash 1 cup coriander leaves 1/2 cup curry patta leaves,5 green chillies 1 teaspoon jeera 7 to 8 cloves of garlic, 1 inch ginger, little salt, 1 teaspoon oil. Grind all the ingredients into the fine paste chutney is ready is to served.
