Ingredients

  • 1 canChickpeas
  • 1/2Lemon
  • 1 CloveGarlic
  • 2 tbspTahina Paste (shake well before use)
  • 2 tspExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tspPaprika Powder
  • 1 tspCumin Powder
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    What you will need

    A picture of step 1 of Hummus.

    Open the can of Chickpeas and drain a little of the liquid out into the sink

  3. 3

    Empty the can into the blender

    Then add the juice of the lemon / tahina paste / garlic / olive oil / spices / a little salt and pepper to the blender

  5. 5

    Blend until you have a thick and smooth Hummus

    Service with your choice of veg and enjoy!
