What you will need

Open the can of Chickpeas and drain a little of the liquid out into the sink

Empty the can into the blender

Then add the juice of the lemon / tahina paste / garlic / olive oil / spices / a little salt and pepper to the blender

Blend until you have a thick and smooth Hummus
- 6
Service with your choice of veg and enjoy!
