Put pan on the gas.pour half litres of water in it.when it boil add ghee and rice flour,cardamom powder, in it stir well for 5mints.now close gas make a dough of it.

Now for stuffing create a coconut. Put pan on gas add ghee in it after ghee become hot add Jaggery, grated coconut, mawa in it stair well..mix them properly.. Now close gas. Put it aside let it become cold.

Now make rounde balls from rice dough give it a modak shape fill it with stuffing. Put it in a steamer near about30mints..rice modak is ready.
