  3. 1/2Cucumber
  4. 1/2Carrot
  5. 1Tomato
  6. to tasteSalt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Butter in non stick skillet over medium high heat until hot.

  2. 2

    Break egg and slip into pan.

  3. 3

    One at a time.

  4. 4

    Immediately reduce heat to low.

  5. 5

    Cook slowly until whites are completely set.

  6. 6

    And yolk begins to thicken but are not hard.

  7. 7

    Decorate the fried egg like the above picture.
