Steps

Wash the gizzards put in a pan and add salt and a quarter cup of water.

Let it boil till all water dries

Add 5tbs of cooking oil and fry till golden brown

Add 1/4tsp garlic powder, then onion and carrots then stir for 2mins.

Add Knorr cubes and stir well. The add sliced green peppers and a little salt

Cook till ready. Serve with Ugali.
