First take a bowl put wheat flour add water and make soft dough. grease the dough with a tsp of olive oil and rest for atleast 20 minutes.

Place raw shelled peanuts in the pressure cooker. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, two cups of water.Lock the lid, shake and place on high heat till the cooker whistles.After the first whistle, set the heat to low and slow-cook till the next whistle.after this turn off the gas and take out it in a bowl.

When the peanut is cooled, add a green chilli and two garlic cloves and grind it in the mixture grinder.

Take it out in a plate and add paneer, finally chopped onion, finally chopped 1 green chilli, salt,chat masala and lemon juice and mix it well with a spoon.our stuffing is ready.

Firstly, pinch a medium sized ball dough, and make a smooth ball.Press it on rolling board and make a flate pattie.Place the prepared stuffing in the centre of the Pattie and close the stuffinfg inside it and make a ball.

Keep the stuffed ball on rolling board and roll it out gently in to a thick circular Paratha.

Keep a tawa on the gas and let it warm up.Place rolled paratha over it.

When paratha is lightly cooked on one side, turn it over the other side and apply ghee on it with a spoon.When Paratha is cooked from the other side, then turn it and apply ghee on it again.

Take out the paratha in a plate.

Cut the paratha into pieces with a knife and serve it with pickle,tomato sauce or green chutney.
