Ingredients

10-25 minutes
4 servings
  • 4hake fish fillets
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 packSouthern fry coating
  • 1/3of canola oil

Steps

10-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Beat your eggs

  2. 2

    Pour your southern fry coating in a bowl

  3. 3

    Pour your oil in your electrical pan let it be warm so that you will deep fry the fish

  4. 4

    Take your hake fish and deep it into the eggs and fold it with coating then deep fry each side maybe few minutes each until it's turn golden

  5. 5

    Then remove it and plate it and enjoy
